Chocolate
Since 1905 Honold have had their own chocolatier. Over the decades, we have been perfecting this craft that great-grandfather Fritz Honold began at Rennweg 53. Under Ivo Jud our chocolatiers have expanded our classic selection of pralines and truffles with numerous new and sophisticated inventions. Since September 2022, we have been working with our own Grand Cru Chakra Couverture.

Our pralines are an exquisite selection of handmade creations made from high-quality ingredients. All are made by hand using traditional confectionery craftsmanship. From the melt-in-the-mouth Gianduja praliné to the caramel composition to the Lotti's Best, there is a treat for every taste. Les Pralinés à l'alcool
Almost all of our pralinés with alcohol are enchanting with a liquid centre, dark chocolate and a wafer-thin sugar crust, such as the Kirschstängeli or Negroni. The grapes and sour cherries, which are preserved in cognac and coated with Chakra Noir 70%, are also special. The prices of the truffles and pralinés listed below are per 100g for open sale.
